Chapter 226: I Am... You
BLING!
*Ding!* *Due to the host having achieved all the prerequisites for reaching the next level of System Ascendance, the Infinite Evolution System has given your system interface a reboot. Subsequently, this has caused the stats to change to a unit indicator of \'Star Essence Value\', and this will remain until you achieve the Low-Universal Realm, where it will then change to a new value indicator.*
*Ding!* *Your past stats have all been switched to <0.1 Star Value.*
*Ding!* *Your Traits have been upgraded past the SSS-Rank, achieving an entirely new Rank called the SSR rank. Continue advancing to understand exactly what this rank and the proceeding ranks mean for you.*
*Ding!* *Your Evolution Essence Bank will no longer be measured using the Mortal measurement system.*
*Ding!* *Your Evolution Essence and Physical Existence Points will now be measured in the same \'Star Value\' as your stats. But instead of Star Value, it will be stated as Star Points and Star Essence for the convenience of the host.*
*Ding!* *Your High-Star Laws have achieved Level 2, which means that your Laws have progressed past the limit of the Astral Plane.*
*Ding!* *It is recommended that the host ascend before the world collapses under your might.*

After all of the system notifications finished ringing out, Azmodeus focused on the pitch-black world before him, as he had one more major thing to accomplish.
The God of Darkness… What is your connection with me…?
He brooded over the matter for a moment before his mind veered in a different direction.
As my Starry Qi has already been converted to a higher form of Moonlit Essence, and having successfully exceeded the 99,998 marker, I can confidently breakthrough as soon as I consolidate my cultivation a little more…
The Planet Forger Realm—that is my goal.
Following this train of thought, Azmodeus blazed over the vast number of shadowy buildings and establishments, rushing toward the largest castle with post-haste!
I have no time to waste, as a new level of power is right before my eyes…
His speed only increased as he rammed through protective barrier after protective barrier, pretending as if they didn\'t even exist.
It was only after another few minutes of flying that he eventually reached his destination.
Upon passing through countless layers of the darkest of castles, he was greeted with the site of a dark gray coffin—a coffin that lay against a brick-layered wall of the vampire-like castle interior.
"You have come…"
A voice that sounded like it originated from many points in time rang out inside the dimly lit room as the coffin lid was pushed open.
From inside the crickley coffin, a man over 2 meters in height emerged.
*Piang!*
His incalculably heavy figure landed on the surface of his castle as the whole place shook for an instant.
"..."
Azmodeus scrutinized the gothic, baggy, royal-like appearance of the God of Darkness, as he was mildly surprised by the way he looked.
And his surprise only further deepened when the god spoke once more:
"You are just as we envisioned you to be, though it looks like your run has taken quite a few more twists and turns than the others did."
"???" Question marks went off in Azmodeus\'s head as he stared at the neutral expression of the god, wondering what exactly he meant by those words.
"Azmodeus, you must understand something before we begin the uprooting of the 10 True Astral Princes—something that not even the Goddess of Light is aware of," the God of Darkness commented with a raspy tone, his crimson-colored eyes honing on the core of Azmodeus\'s existence.
Azmodeus was still completely in the dark on what this god was talking about. But after figuring there was no harm in hearing out his loot, he said, "You may say what you wish, but you will not escape like the Goddess of Light did, for my loot storage is feeling empty."
He no longer had the luxury of sparing any potential loot, as the most recent spending spree put him in dire straits. And if this large loot bag wished to say something before being assimilated, he didn\'t mind hearing him out.
"..."
The God of Darkness had an imperceptible glint flash past his eyes as his ashen complexion regained a little of its former luster.
"Tell me, Azmodeus Crimson. Do you know how a world is created?" He inquired with an ambiguous tone, his voice fluctuating even more out of reality.
Azmodeus was perplexed by the question, but upon taking a seat on the only two pieces of wooden furniture in the room, he said, "I assume there are many complexities in creating a world-"
"No, do you know what it takes to create a world like the Astral Plane—to set up everything in a certain way, making sure that everything lines up in a direction that will only lead to one singular objective?" The God of Darkness interrupted Azmodeus while speaking in puzzles and riddles, all while his deep, blood-red gaze never left the extraordinarily handsome man before him.
After a moment of analyzing every aspect of his existence, he heaved an inexplicable sigh before saying, "Tell me, do you know how hard it was to create you?"
"!?!?" Azmodeus had his eyes open wide for the first time in what felt like an eternity as he abruptly got up off his chair.
However, upon realizing that his miniscule emotions were spiraling out of control, he reigned them in before sitting back down. After which, he asked, "What do you mean…?"
The God of Darkness lifted his decrepit, pale index finger in the air before aiming it in his direction and responding, "You, the Crimson Emperor, Azmodeus, or otherwise known as Azmodeus Crimson, are someone created by me, for I am… I am you."
"!!!!"
WAAAA!
Azmodeus\'s aura could no longer remain in control, as he nearly evaporated the castle and everything within a limitless number of miles!
But before such an event came to pass, the God of Darkness waved his hand and dispersed the Peak Star Radiance Level aura as easily as breathing...
