Thank you for Waiting, Mister Tang!

Chapter 39

He only looked at her for a little while before he lowered his head soundlessly. Then he ordered softly, “Come clean the bookshelf.”

Pei Qiqi scanned around the entire room. Tang Yu’s desk was facing a wall of book shelves. It was… very large, but very clean.

Pei Qiqi hesitated. She looked at the white carpet and her dirty shoes – she didn’t have the heart to step on anything.

Tang Yu waited for a long time but she still didn’t move. Finally, he looked up and frowned, “Why aren’t you stepping in?”

Pei Qiqi bit her lips and whispered, “The carpet is too white!”

“Come in!” His voice was already very impatient. Pei Qiqi entered right away.

She checked out the bookshelves. They were very clean, cleaner than her cloth.

But she didn’t dare to object to his orders as she carefully cleaned. Stealing a look, she saw that the shelves were not only filled with company documents, there were also a large volume of books…

Pei Qiqi didn’t dare to look too much and only dared to clean. Here, it was very cold. However, she was sweating harder than when she was on the first floor…

She kept on sensing that a pair of eyes was watching her from behind. All the hair on her back stood up on their ends.

She was terrified that he would recognize her so she turned her back towards Tang Yu. She had no idea how sexy she looked with her clothes stuck closely to her waist due to the sweat…

The semi-transparent material made her thin and boney body almost visible. The bones in her shoulders moved as she moved…

Sometimes, she tiptoed to reach the higher places. This action made her skirt go above her knees…

It was only a cleaner’s skirt. But since it exposed most of her legs, she exuded much allure and sexiness. Her top in particular, was stuck tightly to her body…

He no longer had the intention to work and felt annoyed…

He stared at her legs, moving around right before him. Sometimes, she would kneel down…

Tang Yu moved his tie around and loosened it. However, he still felt hot and made the wrong decision.

Pei Qiqi had no idea about a certain someone’s… disrespectful gaze. She cleaned diligently and sometimes would peek at the stuff on the shelf, feeling happy.

This happiness was immature. It’s called… I know you, but you don’t know me.

Tang Yu finally stood up and headed towards the shelf.

The sheep carpet absorbed the sound of his footsteps so Pei Qiqi didn’t realize at all. When he finally stood beside her, her body became paralyzed.

Tang Yu didn’t speak. His long fingers grazed over the rows of books until they landed on a thick book. Then, he pulled away…

Pei Qiqi sighed in relief. She looked away and continued wiping…

However, he didn’t actually retreat. He stood right behind her, less than 20 inches away.

When his hand slid past her shoulder and went to get another book, Pei Qiqi could swear that every single one of her hairs stood on its end… every cell in her body had sensed his existence.

She wanted to run away or at least dodge to the side, but his shoulder was unexpectedly broad and she was basically leaning into him…

Tang Yu could easily avoid her but he didn’t. The two of them… fell onto the soft carpet.
