Crossdressing To Survive An Apocalypse

Chapter 414: Chapter 22 - An alien

"He must be a physically able type," Chen thought.

He took the door out of the man\'s awkward hands. "Do you wish to speak to your friends?"

"Yes! Yes, please," the man smiled happily but still stood in the room.

"Well…" Chen gestured for him to come out.

"But you said I\'m infected."

"Yeah, it won\'t spread by air, and I can deal with your puny body if you do change. Come," he pulled the man out to the radio room.

This person might be infected, and talking to his loved ones might be the last kindness he could offer.

"How did you find them so soon?" the young man whispered as he gazed at the radio device. "You can talk through this… it looks so antique."

"It\'s new tech, man," Chen switched it to their frequency. "Calling from base, Chen speaking, can you hear me over."

A second later, a static voice followed by, "Base B answering, Harris here."

Sky\'s eyes widened. "This is good technology," he whispered.

Chen asked him to keep quiet. "Can you help me find the resistant Kyle and Kaden?"

"Kyle and Kaden?" the man Harris seemed doubtful.

"The new rescue."

"Oh, the whiteys."

"Huh?" Chen frowned slightly.

"No, we nicknamed them whiteys because they were wearing white, you know."

Chen cast a glance at Sky, who was unconsciously touching his shirt. "Can I talk to them? I have one of their friends."

"Oh sure. I\'ll call them here."

The line went static for a long time. Sky anxiously bit his lip and paced around. "Are you sure it\'s Kyle? Is that base safe? Not like this one, right? Are they captured and put in isolation too?

Kyle would not like it."

"You were in isolation because you were hurt. Besides, that base is very safe," he neglected the fact that during Shao\'s base was, in fact, a prison, and the housing they were staying in were all cells.

The next second, there was a soft voice that was barely audible on the radio. Sky plucked the receiver from him. "Kyle! Kyle, is that you! Are you safe right now? Is anyone bullying you?"

"Sky… oh my god, Sky! It\'s Sky!" Kyle shouted excitedly.

"Yes, it\'s me! I survived the crash!" Sky jumped around excitedly.

Chen pulled him to a stop and made him sit down. "Are you okay? Did you get hurt anywhere?" Kyle whispered worriedly.

"I\'m totally fine," Sky gazed at his foot but refused to share that in case he might worry his best friend. "How is that base? Are they treating you well?"

"Hmm, they gave us a separate room and bedding. Everyone seems curious about us," Kyle hesitated. "Are you alone…"

Sky gazed at Chen. "No."

"Can I talk to you alone?"

Sky once again gazed at Chen with a small pout. "Can I?"

Sighing, Chen walked out of the room.

"I\'m alone now," Sky smilingly whispered.

"Sky, listen to me carefully. You can\'t tell anyone about our world or about our base. No one must know about it. Got it?"

"Why?" Sky guiltily scratched his itchy foot. He had already shared everything about his base with the two siblings.

"You just can\'t. I can\'t tell you via this, but this place is different. We landed somewhere else, somewhere different. This was not the place we were supposed to land," Kyle let out a soft sigh. "Implore you don\'t tell anyone about your psychic abilities."

"Why?" Sky was overwhelmed with guilt. He had already said everything there is to know about him to the siblings!

"This place… they don\'t have prototype women," Kyle said in a soft whisper.

Sky frowned. "Really? Why?"

"I\'ll explain it when we meet up. And, Sky, you must not come out! Don\'t ever go out of that base! There are monsters outside that will literally eat your flesh."

Sky trembled at this. "I saw one."

"WHAT!!! Did it hurt you?" Kyle sounded panicked at this.

"No, I ran. And Chen rescued me," he mumbled, scratching his foot.

"Oh, thank God. Sky, you cannot go out at any cost! One bite or scratch from those monsters will turn you into a monster! You stay safe, okay. I\'ll come find you, and we… we will find a way to go back."

"Okay," Sky whispered softly. "How\'s Kaden?" He started to talk about random things.

Outside, Chen stood with a deep frown. He had heard everything they both were talking about. Most of the conversation did not make sense. Those two made it seem like they were from another world completely.

He quickly went to find his Aunt Tian. "Can I ask you something?"

"Yeah." She gazed up at him while reading some report.

"Do you believe there are lives in other worlds?"

"I believe so."

"And… do you think they can come here?"

Tian frowned. "Why would they come here? This place is ruined."

"But accidentally. What if they crashed?"

Tian gazed up at him doubtfully. "What are you getting at, kid?"

Chen took a deep breath. "I believe… Sky is from another world. He is an alien that crashed into our world with his friend," he sat down exasperated. "That really explains a lot. He… he doesn\'t have a clue what was going on in this world. He had never met a zombie in his life, and his clothes… they looked clean and white.

It\'s the only possible explanation. He is an alien!"

Tian closed her document. "Then don\'t ever tell your uncle Pe about this. Then that young man would end up on an operating table in pieces."

"That\'s all you have to say. He is an alien. A live alien!"

"So? He won\'t eat us. But keep him completely isolated. He might be carrying some strange viruses. Oh, shit, we had contact with him too. We should also isolate."

Chen paled. "I\'ll make preparations. Anyone who got close to him will be isolated in gas chamber rooms."
