The Strongest Conquest System

Chapter 99: Divine Phoenix Progenitor Sealed

"You are probably thinking to yourself. \'How could the God\'s in God\'s Domain seal such a powerful individual?\' or \'How was the progenitor of the Divine Phoenixes not able to overthrow the olden Gods?\'.

Well, the answer to those questions has nothing to do with the strength of the Progenitor of the Divine Phoenixes. Rather, his insane prowess could be attributed to one simple thing"

Azmond waited with bated breath. He needed to understand just what was capable of enabling the Progenitor of the Divine Phoenixes to hold its ground against so many peak forces. Forces that were part of a much higher plane of existence than the one where Asterion was situated.

Azmond\'s thoughts were interrupted as Loki\'s knowing voice was heard. "... His recovery speed was the key to his power."

Azmond was even more bewildered than he was before. \'What does this blonde pervert mean by his healing being the reason for the Progenitors strength??\'.

"You should have noticed that \'Boundless Restoration\' is a technique whose only function is to... Heal. It\'s a technique that took recovery speed to the next level and made it one of the most powerful aspects in existence."

"The progenitor of the Divine Phoenixes had reached a proficiency so high with Boundless Restoration that he was, in every sense of the word, \'Unable to be killed\'. He was immortal..."

"Not like the immortality that lesser beings strive for. He had reached a level of immortality far more grandiose than what mortals ascend for from the mortal planes."

"The progenitor of the Divine Phoenixes had reached such a level of recovery speed that even far superior gods could only look up to it in awe! Every higher existence could live for indefinite periods of time, but the immortality The Progenitor possessed was in a different league."

"The immortality I am referring to is one that defies all common sense" Loki\'s voice became a little smoky as he began speaking of a power that could only be described as incomprehensible...

"You could destroy his body, soul, and even his very existence...."

"And he would still be capable of reviving himself as if nothing ever happened"

"That wasn\'t even the end of it, as he was also able to infinitely revive at absurd speeds. You could kill him, and he would reappear without a nanosecond having passed"

A look of astonishment emerged on Azmond\'s usually stoic features as he couldn\'t believe the nonsense he was listening to right now.

\'How could something revive no matter what sort of damage was inflicted upon it? And, even betterrevive like nothing even happened to it in the first place. And to do all that in the blink of an eye??? What sort of absurdity was he listening to right now?!?\'

"The Progenitor of Phoenixes was an anomaly, an oddity. He was something that was never meant to be. And the product of his life\'s work was never meant to exist." Loki suddenly stretched out his hand and pointed at the area where Azmond\'s Dantian was situated.

"That book lying within your Dantianit\'s a curse to all of existence." Loki spoke with a stringent tone before scanning the inside of Azmond\'s Dantian space again.

An act that went unnoticed by Azmond. Not that it was his fault for being unable to notice the invasion by Loki. They were just so many major realms apart that Azmond would never be able to resist Loki\'s spying eyes. Let alone notice the existence of his Divine sense...

A look of slight hatred crept up Loki\'s face as he took one last look at the book that rejected him many years ago. He still had the scar to prove it.

Even a God\'s vastly superior regeneration speed was not enough to heal a wound inflicted by Boundless Restoration. That wound only further strengthened the fact that Boundless Restoration and the Progenitor of The Divine Phoenixes were not forces to be easily trifled with.

Loki diverted his attention away after a few moments of indignancy, as he needed to speed up his story.

They were running out of time

"We have but a few minutes left before I need to teleport you out of here, so I will get the rest out as fast as I can." Loki\'s voice echoed out with an unusual sense of urgency.

"Boundless Restoration was the last object the progenitor of the Divine Phoenixes left behind, and it was waiting within a dimension that he made during ancient times."

"The \'sea dimension\' as you call it. You need not know the true name of that dimension until you\'re pysche is ready for it. Just know that the \'sea dimension\' could or could not end up being very vital to your future growth." Loki\'s rushed voice echoed out.

Azmond wanted to inquire more about this secret to his \'future growth\' but was interrupted before he could spew out his questions.

"But that is for another time"

Azmond hopes were swiftly and effectively shut down just like that.

"This pocket dimension we are currently standing in, or as you like to call it, \'The crack in the sky\' was something that the first few gods who took a shift here set up to serve as a sort of watchtower for the sea dimension, or more specifically. For \'Boundless Restoration\'."

"All of this was set up just so Boundless Restoration could find its owner"

"An owner that it must choose based not on strength but on the willpower of its user." A low gleam flickered within Loki\'s eyes as he took a better look at the overly handsome mortal.

However, he wasn\'t analyzing his looks. Rather, he was inspecting a part of his that stayed opaque to the eyes of any existence. No matter if one was a god or a mortal,.

That aspect of every being\'s existence was the \'will\'...

....

"It chose you because your willpower was something that was never before seen in the entire history of God\'s Domain..."

"You are an anomaly, Azmond; make sure you remember that. As much as I hate to give you credit for your accolades, I must admit that your sheer will to persevere has surpassed anything, even gods, trillions of times stronger than you had."

"You may even be able to change your destined demise and make it out of the future tumultuous times that lay ahead of you in one piece. It is highly unlikely, but the possibility is still there. Either that or you die, and all that masochism that you take pride in will be for naught."

"We only have a few seconds left, so I will tell you one last thing before you\'re transported out of here."

"Don\'t you even entertain the idea of dying, Azmond... I will haunt you till the end of days if I find out you have already passed on." Loki\'s playful voice echoed out one last time.

Azmond was going to retort Loki\'s useless comment, but his eyes suddenly blurred before he got the chance to

He fell toward the ground in one swift motion, however, before his body hit the surface floor. A bright light radiated outward from his body as he subsequently disappeared from the pocket dimension.
