Star Citizen Online: Isekai Edition

Chapter 41: End of Fight

[Proficiency with the Skill Basic Swordsmanship has reached (Level 5 Master - 55%).]

He noticed the incoming notifications from the Star Citizen Online System as his proficiency with Basic Swordsmanship increased at a fast rate. Because he was rather enjoying the fight and even getting some benefits from it in the form of increased proficiency in the Skill Basic Swordmanship.

It seemed that the experience was the best teacher; he managed to increase his proficiency with Basic Swordsmanship much faster compared to before when he was just simply training.

The Ork Nob was very experienced in combat, as most of the Orks actually were... due to the way their society worked, only the stronger and most skilled survived, and becoming an Ork Nob was a sign of experience and power.

Something that Arcturus was utilizing to hone himself in the ways of the combat even further. With the nanobots that came from the Neural Extranet Terminal Gene Implants, he was able to learn at a staggering speed and acclimate to the new environment.

<Master, can I already start the operation?>

When he heard the voice of the Red Queen Alice in his mind, he could sense some kind of urgency because it was clear that he was forgetting himself in the combat.

He knew that the longer they remained here, the bigger the chance that the rest of these green menaces would come after them and drown them in sheer numbers.

He was already fighting against the Ork Nob for a much longer time than he initially anticipated, something that he realized, while productive for him, wasn\'t the most suitable decision, considering the looming threat above their head.

\'Affirmative. Execute the plan.\'

The moment he said that he unleashed the full power of the Empyrean Power, aiming at the neck of the Ork Nob in an attempt to cripple the hulking creature. At the same time, all of the entrances to the room where they were fighting were blasted apart as the battle droids unleashed overwhelming firepower on the Greenskins.

Under the staggering firepower of several tens ABD-Spectre MK Battle Droids and four Spider Bastion Battle Droids, the greenskins within the room were soon enough culled down to the last one, unilt only the Ork Nob remained.

Even he was severely injured and even more pissed off when he realized that he was being played by the human in front of him, but it was futile, beucase when he rushed at Arctururs, he was met by the lasguns of the Spider Bastion Battle Droids who blasted his legs apart.

\'Is everything dead?\'

He went to the Ork Nob, and he severed his right hand that was holding the enormous battle axe with one swing of his sword. Now that the Ork Boss was on the verge of death, he was in no position to defend himself and was on his mercy.

The previously menacing-looking creature was now lying in the pool of green blood, though Arcturus noticed that the Ork\'s regeneration was doing everything in his power to keep him alive.

At the places around his body where the injuries seemed to be most severe, he saw that they were already regenerating, albeit a bit slowly, which was a sign that his entire being was already tired and not keeping up.

<Every single greenskin on the deck has been killed. I am proceeding to the extraction.>

When he heard the reply from the Red Queen, he made space; as one of the Spider Bastion Battle Droids stood above the dying Ork Nob, a very thin needle appeared from his bottom and stabbed the Ork Nob\'s head, penetrating deep into his skull.

The fastest way to obtain what they wanted, was to deliver the Nanomachines into his brain as soon as possible. That is why Alice could extract the information at a fast speed within mere minutes, albeit it would basically fry the Ork\'s brain into one huge piece of charcoal.

The entire process was indeed very fast, and soon enough, Red Queen was done with the extraction of the information.

\'So, what have you found?\'

Arcturus meanwhile searched around the room, in hopes of finding something precious and valuable, but, he found nothing. In the end, Greenskins didn\'t really care much about the material aspect of life, aside from weapons and probably again weapons?

<It is as predicted; it seems that the Greenskins are planning an incursion into the Imperial Space, more precisely on several Imperial Colonies located at the Frontier Space bordering the unclaimed regions, where the Imperial Army has several of their factories and armories.

It seemed that in this entire Galactic Quadrant, there is a huge internal war among the greenskins, because one of the most notable Bosses is attempting to become Warboss. The pirates we encountered belong to the smaller Tribe called Blue Skull Tribe under rather powerful Boss, who rose in prominence during this "civil war".>

The more of it Arcturus heard, more disturberd he became. Even though this new reality was his home only for a short time, he knew what the rise of the Ork Warboss signalized.

An Orkish WAAAGH! of apocalyptic scale, where billions upon billions of Greenskins would unify under one singular leader to march in one unanimous goal.

Destruction.

\'Well... this is shit.\'

He knew that such a situation would give fright even to the Type 3 civilizations and factions such as the Eternal Imperium of Asuryan.

While the greenskins were pitiful in the technological aspect compared to the Asuryani, they had numbers, a lot of numbers, and while their teknology was primitive, it was still destructive enough to match some top-notch Imperial weapons.
