Son, “Mom” Will Back You

Chapter 223

Gu Nian: …… She had a bad feeling about this.

The little responsible person had a tablet with him when he walked up. Standing still at the front of the table, he exhibited no reactions toward those who were looking over at him. He looked down at his tablet and started reading monotonously.

"There are 8 guests on Gold-Medal Screenwriter. The four screenwriters will be engaged in competitions and the four actors will work with them during these competitions. The details are as follows.

"One, before the filming of each season, the director team will decide on a topic. The four screenwriters\' creation will have to be related to this topic.

"Two, after the start of the filming, the production team will assign 8 different terms to our 8 guests, and nobody will know which term the others have received. After that has been assigned, there will be a game that we play every episode which will determine the screenwriter/actor team for the season.

"Three, once the four teams are formed, the screenwriter of each team will create a script using the topic for the season along with the two additional terms assigned to each of the team members.

"Four, you will have three days to create the script and three days to rehearse. The final performance will have to be capped in less than 30 minutes. Each script must be performed by the actor on the team and the production team can provide additional actors on an as-needed basis.

"Five, after the creation and rehearsal are over, the teams will draw the order that they will perform in, and your work will be scored by our judges and professional critics.

"That\'s it."

After the little responsible person had finished with his reading, he looked up and looked around. "Any questions?"

"……"

The fours actors looked over pitifully at the four screenwriters.

The two screenwriters who were selected through the written test and interview were probably stunned by the rules. Gu Nian, on the other hand, was still traumatized by her experience from the daytime and was unable to bring any question to that face that she was looking at. As such, Zhuo Yixuan was the one who finally spoke out.

"Meaning, we will be provided with one main topic and two random terms. We will have three days\' time to complete a script and it will have to be capped within 30 minutes of performance."

The responsible person nodded, "Thank you for your summary."

Zhuo Yixuan frowned and asked, "That will be like asking us to write an essay with an assigned topic. Don\'t you think that would stifle the creativity and subjective initiative?"

The responsible person, "Script."

Zhuo Yixuan, "What?"

The responsible person repeated expressionlessly, "A script with a topic assigned, not an essay."

Zhuo Yixuan, "……"

The responsible person looked over at the others, "Any other questions from anyone else?"

"…………"

After Zhuo Yixuan had brought insult upon herself, the other two young screenwriters who had recollected themselves by now had no more desire to ask any questions.

The responsible person looked back down. "Then I am going to move onto our three rules. First of all, the four screenwriters must ensure that the script being used in the show has never been released on any platform or any form of media and that there will not be any copyright issues."

After that was said, a few individuals, both from inside and outside the group somewhat looked over at Zhuo Yixuan.

Zhuo Yixuan tensed up and said nothing with her face stiff.

That responsible person was not moved and continued his monotonous reading. "Secondly, to ensure the first rule is followed, all 6 days of creation and rehearsal will be conducted on this island and there will be no internet access in order to avoid any sort of \'external help\'."

When that last one was announced, all the guests on both sides of the table looked to be in different levels of shock. Even Gu Nian, who had her eyes lowered the entire time looked up.
