Becoming a God at Level 100, Starting from Hunter x Hunter

Chapter 34 - Training Plan x Nen Ability Teacher

He didn’t venture deep into the forest.

After all, Luo Lin knew he didn’t have much experience with wilderness survival.

Although the fourth stage of the Hunter test proved his strength was enough to ignore most survival challenges, getting lost was not something he could handle.

After setting up the tent, Luo Lin didn’t waste any time and prepared to begin his training.

But before that…

Level 100 God System】.

Name: Luo Lin】.

Level: 1 (352/1000)】.

Vitality: 1】.

Mental Strength: 1】.

World: Hunter x Hunter】.

Luo Lin looked at his experience bar: 352 points of experience, the result of his training over four days after the fourth test, and three days before the final test began.

From these ten days of training, it seemed that he could gain about 24 experience points per day.

Of course, if he trained harder, gaining 30 or even 40 points in a day was possible, but that kind of physical strain couldn’t last.

Even with Luo Lin’s current physical condition, pushing too hard would cause him to break down.

But by gaining 24 points a day, his body could recover easily, and he’d still have time left for meditation.

The training efficiency wasn’t bad either; it would take less than a month to gather enough experience to level up.

If Netero didn’t give him even a month and decided to go back on his word, Luo Lin would just pack up and leave.

Forget about Nen abilities—he wouldn’t need them.

“Let’s begin!” Luo Lin slapped his face lightly, his expression becoming serious.

Meanwhile.

“Achoo—”

In the hotel room at the final Hunter test venue, the old man whom Luo Lin kept thinking of as untrustworthy rubbed his nose.

“That little brat must be talking about me!” Netero muttered as he dialed the phone in his hand.

“Beep, beep, beep—”

After three rings, the call was answered.

“Hello? You old geezer, what do you want now?” A clear female voice came from the other end of the line.

“Oh ho ho, of course, I have some good news for you!” Netero chuckled.

“Good news? I bet it’s just another mission!” The female voice responded directly.

“You could say that!” Netero stroked his beard and laughed.

“Alright, tell me what mission it is.” The woman’s voice sounded as if she had already seen through him.

“I’m appointing you as the examiner for this year’s Hunter test!” Netero said.

“Hunter test examiner? Didn’t this year’s Hunter test just end? Wait… don’t tell me you mean the hidden test examiner!” The woman’s voice was filled with surprise.

“Exactly!” Netero chuckled.

“I’m not doing it!” The woman flatly refused. “Teaching a newbie how to learn Nen? You can find any random Hunter to do that. I’m not interested.”

Hearing her refusal, Netero didn’t seem bothered and continued smiling. “But what if I told you the person in question is quite talented?”

“I still wouldn’t do it. It’s not like I haven’t taught geniuses before.” The woman scoffed, clearly unimpressed.

“However, what kind of genius would require you, Chairman Netero, to be this concerned?” Her tone suddenly shifted, curious.

“The kind who could become my opponent!” Netero grinned.

“Someone who could become your… opponent—”

The voice on the other end broke, followed by a long silence before it returned.

“Old man, you’re not joking, are you?”

“Of course not!” Netero replied seriously.

The line went silent again, only the sound of heavy, rapid breathing could be heard.

Hearing the noise, Netero smiled as he stroked his beard, his eyes filled with satisfaction.

Meanwhile, on another continent, a small figure walking down a fashionable street suddenly stopped in her tracks.

She stared at the phone in her hand, then glanced at the gems she was about to acquire, visibly torn.

After a long moment, she made up her mind.

“I’ll trust you this once, you old geezer! Send me the location!”

With that, the small figure hung up the phone and immediately turned toward the airport without looking back.

“Chairman, we need to depart soon. The next location is…”

In the hotel, Beans approached Netero’s room, ready to knock on the door, but in the next moment, a sudden surge of fighting spirit froze him in place. His raised arm became completely immobile.

“Chair… Chairman!”

Beans looked at Netero, who stood by the window, his back facing him, and his eyes were filled with disbelief.

“The perfect teacher has already been arranged for you. Don’t keep me waiting too long, boy—”

Netero murmured quietly as he gazed into the distance.

In the unnamed forest.

Luo Lin was still preparing the tools he’d use for his upcoming training, just like in the fourth stage of the test.

He had no idea that the old man he distrusted so much didn’t plan on refusing to teach him Nen. On the contrary, he had even found the perfect teacher for him.

And he had very high expectations for him.
