As we scattered the vine dogs, a vast open space awaited us. It was as large as a dome hall, with a grand, towering tree at its center.

Standing there was the World Tree of Evil—an entity we once defeated in an event.

I want to ensure I\'m able to fight anyone.

Additionally, thanks to some assistance from the game devs, I learned the unique skill Divine Might Manifestation. It appears that if I pay a significant cost, I can manifest in an overpowered state for 30 seconds.

It\'s definitely a trump card.

Liora summoned a new monster contracted through her Tame skill\'s new art. She figured it wasn\'t ideal to only have monsters with no offensive capability, so she obtained this one.

What appeared was a massive skull, the size of a five-story building. It lacked a lower body and was partially buried in the ground.

It was an enormous boss-level monster.

I encountered this rare boss while leveling in the Catacombs. According to a member of the investigation team, there\'s a rare boss that appears if you clear out the entire field, and Gashadokuro was that boss.

Given its monstrous appearance, I decided to tame it.

At Liora\'s command, Roro swung its massive skeletal arms. In one sweeping motion, the vine dogs were obliterated, as if clearing dust off a table.

Roro repeatedly pounded the remains of the vine dogs, much like an impatient child banging their fork and knife on the table, eager for dinner.

Roro began moving toward the Evil World Tree, its massive body swaying. Though it lacked a lower half, it crawled toward the tree by digging its hands into the ground.

The towering Evil World Tree tilted dangerously, as though it might snap in half.

In response, the Evil World Tree swung its branches like whips.

The moment Roro was struck by the whip, it was instantly destroyed. Its durability was abysmal.

Thanks to the time Roro bought us, Liora had already arrived.

"Moonlight Bite."

She activated the active art Moonlight Bite from her Moonlight Scythe Arts. A simple, high-damage strike enveloped in light. Naturally, her Killing Blade was also infused in the attack.

A 180% enhanced Killing Blade strike slammed into the roots of the Evil World Tree. Simultaneously, her Lifesteal Blade restored her HP to full.

Samurai instantly expanded its body to shield Liora from the barrage.

"The whips are coming. Be careful."

"Got it!"

In addition to the apple bombardment, the vines lashed out like whips.

Moving in a snake-like pattern, the whips were likely enhanced with some active skill.

Liora glared at the incoming whip for a moment.

However, after observing the thick branch\'s speed, she decided against dodging and continued slashing the trunk.

The whip struck Liora.

Even as she was sent flying, Liora continued firing off Light Magic spells.

Her Snipe Lightning hit the main fruit, causing the Evil World Tree to groan in agony as it launched more attacks.

But Samurai caught Liora mid-air and threw her directly toward the main fruit.

"It\'s over."

Liora had already fully healed with her Regeneration and Regen. She funneled the recovered HP into her Killing Blade, aiming for the primary fruit.

The weakness of the Evil World Tree was revealed during the event. Just like back then, Liora activated the skill targeting the malevolent fruit.
