Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes

Chapter 260 Transfer!

While modern seems advanced, it is almost the primitive era of any world.

Portalia, however, which was dominated by the mythical beasts in its early phases, had no such thing as a modern world, but Hestia did.

What mattered at the moment was the fact that Draco could make use of these dormant energies and fuse them with Hestia to make it into something greater.

He already had many phenomena and just from what he had, he could make something great of Hestia.

Just the treasure phenomena he had could make him able to form many zones where artifacts randomly appear, and this would act as a bait to lure in those who are too cautious to explore.

Draco was sure such a thing would happen, for example, within the world where the construction worker fell into the rift, the police had quickly acted by the government\'s orders and they locked up the rifts, not allowing anybody to enter.

They had to first see how they could benefit themselves before they let others enter.

But Draco wasn\'t pleased with this. He wouldn\'t let selfish bastards get in the way of his own interests.

Thus, aside from the fact that rifts are constantly appearing randomly, they burst out randomly 24 hours after their appearance and they take in all those within a km of their area.

This happened in not one, not ten, not a hundred, but billions of worlds.

The amount of people who had entered Hestia in just one day was more than unfathomable.

This meant that Draco had more sources of divinity income and better funds to make what he wanted true.

With every planet that was added, he was gaining more control and his multi-layer plan was starting well.

If this continued like this, then when these planets who had just entered started getting too powerful, the tower would appear, celestials would rise and Draco could have a stable income of planets to devour.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

This will all… play a role in his rise to a galactic- No! A universal calamity!

Aside from the mortal planets and those who had yet to meet the requirements Draco was also planning to connect the rifts to stars and dead planets which may or may not have celestials.

Then, he will make special areas like the treasure realms but different in the way where they keep people inside longer.

With the restrictions he had devoured from the previous treasure realm, he could make it so no one stronger than a true or greater celestial is allowed access and nobody would be able to do anything about it.

This was a grand project, and now after everything has been done, time had to pass.

Time had to pass to see the fruits of one\'s actions, and that is exactly what Draco needed

But the thing was, time had already passed ridiculously fast with his time dilation of a day to 90 years.

If some of the survivors who had entered Hestia were to come off to their world, they would find that barely any time had passed, this was in a way a good thing and maybe for them bad, but it mattered not to Draco.

He was benefiting better and faster and that\'s all that mattered.

Indeed, Draco cared of nothing, and he only thought of his so grand plan that continued to surprise him with every passing second.

Now that the planets had been infected with the rifts, it was time to pass on to the celestials.

Throughout the Plektorian galaxy, countless stars and billions of planets existed, not to mention the realms that were sprawled all over the place yet hidden beneath one\'s vision.

These realms, stars, and even the infinite expanse of void itself, could accommodate many wonders that nobody had ever thought existed.

And today, Draco was going to add one of those wonders.

A devourer was riding a dead planet that he was moving slowly through the void of space with his authority. It had been thousands of years since his last devoured world and he wasn\'t planning to devour any time soon because he was sought after by the Golden Order.

Thus, it forced him to rotate with this dead rock for who knew how long and he was sure that this would continue for even longer.

Destiny, however, seemed to have different plans for him.

\'Huh? A rift?\' His senses caught something that shouldn\'t be there, something that had just appeared.

It was weird, the feeling it gave him was stronger than a treasure realm could ever give, and it made him want to just throw everything and launch himself inside.

He was a celestial, a devourer who had absorbed countless worlds to reach the realm of a high celestial, how could a small rift in this galaxy tempt him so much?

It did.

It tempted him to join and it did so for thousands and millions of other celestials just like and stronger than him.

Not a single one had escaped its grasp and the second they entered they were going to spend more time there than they had spent waiting to devour another plane.

But is it worth it? Would the wonders that were inside of it stand up to their offers that managed to lure in so many strong individuals?

Oh it did.

The countless treasures, the ever expanding realm, the countless worlds to devour…

The promise was held stronger than any of these celestials thought possible.

Forget the thousands of years they had to spend here before they were allowed to leave, they would gladly spend the rest of their lives in here.

This was all… part of Draco\'s grand plan.
